The cuisine is author OLSEN. The chef, Germain Martitegui, uses elements of northern European food such as smoked, hunting pieces, blinis (best of mothers!), Fish, berries, rhubarb and Mediterranean ingredients combined with achieving a result that is totally new.
OLSEN's priority is that customers feel comfortable. The professionalism and friendliness of the staff ensure excellent care. The open kitchen from the living room allows for mutual observation between chefs and diners as the orders are prepared. The restaurant has two rooms indoors: The main one is a spacious, modern Scandinavian decor, dominated by the warmth of wood, clean lines and harmony of the decor and colors in an open space and modern. The private, Winter Belvedere Lounge are two cozy rooms with vaulted ceiling decorated like a winter forest. Furnished with comfortable armchairs and a small bar in the first room and, after passing through a short corridor, a second room with tables and chairs where meals are served and dinner.
