MESTIZO

Mestizo is a concept created by Mexican Madrid to offer authentic Mexican cuisine. The restaurant is located in the exclusive Salamanca district of the number 13 Rue de Recoletos.

The name MESTIZO means "mixed" or "fusion", a term used primarily to refer to descendants of Indians and Europeans. We chose this name because it symbolizes the origins of what constitutes our cuisine with traditional dishes and delicious as Antojitos with Quesadillas, pulled, Guacamole, and of course deliciososTacos. It also offers an extensive menu of entrees perfect venue for fine Mexican cuisine.

Our mission is to become MESTIZO a must offer the best Mexican food to Europeans, while placing us as the local restaurant for many neighborhood residents and the thousands of Mexicans and Latin Americans living in the Spanish capital. BLOOD will also be a space for promotion and dissemination of Mexican culture.
