The mountains of Galicia has two restaurants, one in the Salamanca district and another in the Pillar, where you can taste the traditional dishes and creative Basque cuisine - Gallega, unique in Madrid, which is run by its owner Jose Espassandin, whose maxim is to provide quality at a fair price. They have a wide variety of dishes and menus and group for all tastes and occasions, as well as an extensive wine cellar fitted with a hundred references.

All this coupled with its decoration with a combination of stone and wood with touches of brown and blue painted landscapes reminiscent of the lands of Galicia, more service, care and attention, will we leave with better taste.
