La Antigua Tahona restaurant is situated in the Parque Natural de Peñalosa (Rascafría) on the avenue leading to the Monastery of El Paular in the center of town and the river Artiñuelo. We have inherited the art of roasting in a wood oven with almost no spice, just good meat and simmer. We also present a cuisine that uses all the products of our land in every season, dominated the mushrooms in autumn, hunting in winter vegetables from our garden in summer and our butter beans and meat Rascafría round.
