THE CUPBOARD OF SERRANO is the most ambitious and personal project of two friends (and brothers) devoted much time to the hotel. Ismael Muñoz, former maître de Tse Yang, Asia Gallery and the Palace Hotel, and the chef Gonzalo Guillén, tanning in the kitchen of Peter Larumbe or secrecy among others, decided to join a few months experience, savings and illusion to create your own business in order to "meet" and pamper personality "to their customers. The result is a simple and cozy restaurant where you can breathe the love and passion for the craft of their owners in every detail.
