This OVEN JUAN, as fair and deserved reputation, lambs and piglets immediately prepare, in the form as legendary as was done in Segovia and in the same wood oven, without having us to move away from the Villa Madrid. In 1966, D. Aparicio Juan Segovia founded the first house of the oven, in the city center of Madrid, to expand its facilities with the opening of new premises, as the oven in the Salamanca district and the brewery Venta Segoviano, into what is today this grills, rustic decor, the style of Castilian, private dining rooms that breathe dominion, with the sole purpose of satisfying the palates of their customers with the flavors of life.
Restaurant OVEN JUAN II belongs to the Association of Lechazo Grills and has the quality mark of Segovia Piglet granted by the Junta de Castilla y León.
