Our restaurant is located in the traditional neighborhood of Chamberí, in downtown Madrid. Since the opening in the distant year 1989 we have maintained our identity, market cuisine, based on the quality of ingredients and the care of preparation to be enjoyed in our lovely dining room or cellar, which can accommodate up to twelve guests. Our charter is renewed with the arrival of each season, as our tasting menu, through which customers can perform a "walk" through the dishes that most attract them and know in depth our kitchen.
