Since 1996 Jaime Rodriguez runs implementing Compostela Restaurant, with its good performance, the solid foundation of Galician hospitality in its cozy restaurant with friendly professional service that makes you feel at home. Your kitchen is a compendium of old traditional recipes from Galicia and exquisite product innovations based on the market.

Depending on the season and produce, our chef prepares a suggestive specialties among which we highlight the lamprey in red wine as a novelty, the Lamprey smoked baked cut into thin slices and served cold. And always, for your celebrations and business lunches, we have some appetizing menus at your disposal. Whatever you choose always water it well with fine wines of our land as in other communities you can find in our selected wine cellar.

In the brewery you can always pick informally busy, enjoying a magnificent Jabugo or just some rich appetizers, but if you are looking for a relaxed meal, we offer you a letter with its star products: seafood directly selected in the most famous strips Arosa, Cedeira or Portonovo, but let's not forget the excellent beef, raised in the green pastures of Lugo. Finally, as new, to be closer to our customers and friends, we created what we call our corner, a place where your suggestions and have a place from which you will receive timely news and both kitchen and our great land.
