The Charter highlights the restaurant offers exquisite elaborations like mushrooms stew season with sweetbreads, fresh beans with Parmentier potatoes, rice with scallops and food socarrat oli, Codfish stew their tripe Madrid or back Tiznao deer with manchego, crumbs and grapes, among others ...
